The Creative Art Workshop held on Wednesday 10th September at the Recovery Café was a joyful and inspiring afternoon for women in recovery. Organised by Coastal Routes Recovery as part of the Women’s Wednesday series, the workshop offered a welcoming space for participants to explore various forms of artistic expression, including painting, drawing, and canvas work. The event encouraged creativity, connection, and confidence, with many attendees producing beautiful and meaningful pieces. Several artworks were even selected to be displayed in the Recovery Art Exhibition the following day, giving participants a proud platform to share their work. The atmosphere was one of support and celebration, highlighting the powerful role creativity plays in the recovery journey.
