The Trustees
Our Board of Trustees
Here is our board of trustees – they oversee the governance and management of our organisation. Their responsibilities include setting strategic goals, ensuring financial stability through budget approval and financial oversight, and developing policies that guide operations. They also play a critical role in hiring and evaluating the executive leadership, supporting fundraising efforts, and representing CRR to the community and stakeholders. Ultimately, our trustees act in the best interests of Coastal Routes Recovery, ensuring it fulfils its mission and adheres to legal and ethical standards.
