CGL have kindly offered to let us use their premises across East Sussex, including their recovery cafe and clinical service; Lift House in Eastbourne, and their clinical service in Hastings, Thrift House. We’re also in contact with their recovery workers across all of East Sussex, helping us to expand membership and start helping people get more out of their recovery.
Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity. They’re here if you want to change direction, grow as a person, and live life to its full potential.
They can support you through your journey to recovery. They also offer guidance on reducing the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol and living a healthier, safer life.
Their service is free and confidential. They’re open to anyone experiencing difficulties with drugs and alcohol.
