On September 24th, the Recovery Café hosted a calming and creative Autumn Watercolour Workshop, open to all individuals in recovery. Surrounded by the warm tones of the season, participants gathered in a supportive and welcoming environment to explore self-expression through art. Guided by Charlotte the facilitator, the workshop encouraged attendees to paint fall-inspired scenes, using soft washes of colour to capture the beauty of changing leaves, harvest landscapes, and quiet moments of reflection. The event offered a peaceful space for connection, creativity, and healing, celebrating both the season and the strength of the recovery journey.
